Mid-Level Software Engineer (Hybrid, Makati)

About the role
Likha-iT Inc., a subsidiary of freee K.K., is looking for a Mid‑Level Software Engineer to join its global engineering team in Makati. You will own end‑to‑end feature development, bridge business needs with technical execution, and help mentor junior engineers while contributing to a product that empowers small businesses.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship features using the company’s tech stack.
- Identify system gaps proactively and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to ensure user‑centric outcomes.
- Mentor junior developers and improve team workflows.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance monitoring.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong product mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
- Self‑starter who can solve complex bugs independently.
- Experience with hybrid work (at least 3 days onsite in Makati).
- Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
