Mid Full Stack Developer – AI Specialist (Hybrid, ₱60K–₱80K)

About the role

You will be the architect of next‑generation global learning platforms, building AI‑powered applications that connect human potential with intelligent technology. This mid‑level full‑stack position focuses on delivering seamless, scalable user experiences while integrating large language models and other AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI‑enabled tools within a hybrid work framework.
• Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and vector databases into product architectures.
• Maintain both front‑end (React, Vue) and back‑end (Node.js, Python) components with an emphasis on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross‑functional teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, testing, and peer‑review processes to uphold engineering excellence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal and client‑facing AI tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience delivering production‑ready applications.
• Direct experience building with AI technologies, including LLM integration, vector databases, or prompt engineering.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite collaboration with remote deep‑work.
• Commitment to code quality, documentation, testing, and peer reviews.
