Data Operations Support

About the role

As a Data Operations Support team member at Dedale, you will manage data, optimize workflows, and support critical projects, ensuring data integrity and high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, update, and tag database records accurately.
• Organize files, prepare reports, and handle day‑to‑day admin tasks.
• Coordinate project launch meetings and ensure resources are available.
• Perform QA checks to review data for errors and maintain quality standards.
• Liaise with teams to track progress, resolve issues, and streamline workflows.
• Update SOPs and optimize processes.
• Manage operational assets such as tools and licenses.
• Assist clients to deliver accurate products and drive subscriptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems/Management or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in operations support, data management, or project coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Basic knowledge of databases and data cleaning.
• Familiarity with QA processes.
• Exposure to Airtable and video editing is a plus.
