Microsoft 365 Engineer – Migration & Modern Workplace Delivery (Remote)

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure, you will deliver Microsoft Modern Work projects across Microsoft 365, helping customers modernise collaboration, identity, endpoint management and security. You will work across assessment, design, implementation, migration, documentation and customer handover while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
• Implement Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.
• Configure Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and Identity Governance.
• Deploy Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and device compliance policies.
• Configure Microsoft Purview, DLP, Retention and Sensitivity Labels.
• Conduct workshops, user‑adoption sessions and technical handovers.
• Produce high‑level and low‑level designs, build guides and as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Strong Microsoft 365 implementation experience.
• Experience with hybrid identity and migrations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Customer‑facing consulting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
