Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Responsible for driving revenue growth, customer retention, and customer lifetime value across delivery platforms, mobile applications, CRM programs, and loyalty initiatives. The role develops and executes sales‑driving campaigns, retention programs, and customer engagement activities that increase repeat purchases and strengthen customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth on delivery platforms and mobile apps through promotions, campaign execution, channel optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and execute CRM initiatives—including email, SMS, and push notifications—to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
• Manage loyalty program operations, member engagement, rewards, and exclusive promotions to boost active participation.
• Monitor channel and campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and recommend initiatives to improve conversion, order frequency, and overall customer value.
• Coordinate with platform partners to maximize visibility, support campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, E‑Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, e‑commerce, digital marketing, loyalty programs, or commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of delivery platforms, mobile app marketing, customer lifecycle management, and loyalty programs.
• Analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
