Marketing Assistant

About the role

San Miguel Properties, Inc. is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives for its real‑estate projects. The role blends market research, event coordination, and creative design to help promote affordable housing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and best‑use studies, and gather relevant data for project planning.
• Maintain and update marketing databases related to real‑estate and tourism.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external partners for marketing needs.
• Assist in organizing corporate events, activations, and large‑scale marketing campaigns.
• Develop and propose marketing strategies, and produce collaterals, graphics, and multimedia assets.
• Manage both traditional and digital marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support cross‑departmental collaboration and handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year experience in marketing and graphic design.
• Strong presentation, communication, and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Advanced skills in graphic‑design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
