Marketing and Sales Administrator (Remote)

About the role

Hunt St connects Australian companies with remote talent in the Philippines. This Marketing and Sales Administrator role is fully remote, paid $1,500-$2,000 AUD per month under an independent contractor agreement, and works around Australian business hours (about 9 AM-5 PM, Monday to Friday) with flexible scheduling. The client is a real estate agency in Brisbane's south-west that needs someone to keep its 30,000+ contacts warm, nurture appraisal leads and support marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, de-duplicate, update and segment about 25,000 existing contacts plus 5,000-10,000 new buyer and seller contacts, and run a 6-12 month nurture cadence
• Log every call, email and outcome in the CRM so it remains the single source of truth
• Make outbound calls to homeowners about new listings, sales, auctions and free market reports, and book appraisals into the principal's calendar
• Nurture appraisal leads, hand over warm clients with clear notes and refer finance opportunities to the in-house broker
• Build and send email and SMS campaigns, prepare market updates and suburb reports, and support social media content and scheduling
• Set up automated follow-ups via SMS, email and CRM using tools such as n8n or Make, and monitor and refine them
• Prepare sale contracts, process Form 6 appointment documents and cover reception duties when the receptionist is away

Required profile

• 2-3+ years in a sales admin, marketing admin or client-facing role, ideally in Australian real estate
• Excellent spoken and written English with a warm, confident phone manner
• Self-directed, output-focused and comfortable making outbound calls daily

Required skills

• Hands-on CRM experience and comfort with clean, organised data
• Confidence using AI tools and automation platforms
• Bonus: Australian real estate CRMs (Rex, VaultRE, AgentBox, Box+Dice), email marketing platforms, Canva, social scheduling tools, and familiarity with property terms like appraisals, auctions and listings
