Dental Patient Enquiries Coordinator (Remote, Philippines)

About the role

Hunt St helps Australian companies hire remote talent in the Philippines. This is a dual role combining patient and delegate enquiry coordination (about 60%) and executive assistant support (about 40%), working remotely from Manila time, Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM plus Saturday 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Candidates are hired directly by the client as independent contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, website enquiries, online forms and live chat, qualify prospects and schedule consultations and appointments
• Follow up on missed appointments, process deposits and update CRM records
• Handle enquiries from dentists about education programmes and coordinate enrolment
• Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence and inboxes, and prepare agendas and summaries
• Coordinate with marketing agencies, suppliers and accountants, track deliverables and arrange travel and events
• Process enrolments, maintain course checklists and assist with billing, expense tracking and compliance calendars
• Compile monthly reports and turn meeting notes into documents

Required profile

• 3+ years of combined customer-facing phone support and administrative work
• Previous experience supporting Australian clients; dental, medical or healthcare experience preferred
• Clear spoken and written English, strong organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and confidentially in a remote setting

Required skills

• CRM discipline and record keeping (HubSpot and Xero experience preferred)
• Desirable: Google Workspace, Trello, Dialpad, CallRail, Calendly, Zoom, Canva and AI tools
• Home office with quiet space, reliable computer, stable internet and backup power
