Manufacturing QC Engineer – Cavite

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing QC Engineer to join our press‑molding facility in Rosario, Cavite. The role focuses on ensuring that raw materials, in‑process items and finished products meet our strict quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of raw materials, in‑process products and finished goods.
• Develop, implement and maintain inspection plans and quality control procedures.
• Monitor manufacturing processes, identify defects and trigger corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data, generate performance reports and recommend process improvements.
• Investigate customer complaints, non‑conformities and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and other departments to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects using tools such as 8D, CAPA and FMEA.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electronics, Electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of quality‑control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 or similar quality management systems.
• Experience with quality inspection, root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving techniques.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Proficiency with the 7 QC Tools, FMEA, SPC, CAPA and 8D reporting.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

• Competitive gross salary of PHP 25,000 – 35,000 per month.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
