Maintenance Sr Technician – Batangas

About the role

As a CBRE Maintenance Sr. Technician you will be responsible for the upkeep of medium to large‑sized buildings, industrial systems and equipment. The position is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function and focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs and energy‑efficient operation of building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose potential problems and execute corrective actions.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders, estimate time and material requirements, and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of all systems.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Model CBRE RISE values, lead by example and maintain high quality work.
• Follow standardized procedures, communicate clearly and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 2‑3 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Ability to meet physical demands such as stooping, standing, climbing ladders and lifting loads of 50 lb or more.
• Capability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information and making judgments based on standard practices.
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
