Junior Engineer – Civil Design

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Engineer to support civil engineering design and project coordination in Pasig City. The role involves assisting senior engineers, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and development of civil engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
• Support the review of engineering deliverables to ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during design development and prepare technical documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior engineers and the client.
• Coordinate with internal team members across all disciplines to support project execution and monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare meeting minutes, action registers, progress reports, and project correspondence.
• Track project issues, risks, and outstanding actions and support their resolution.
• Ensure engineering and project activities comply with company procedures, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
• Support quality assurance and quality control reviews of project deliverables.
• Assist in identifying project risks and implementing mitigation measures.
• Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
