Logistics Analyst (Contract)

About the role

The Logistics Analyst will support the logistics group by handling a range of administrative functions, including billing, during a five‑month contract period. This temporary position covers the maternity leave of the regular Logistics Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage billing activities related to logistics operations, ensuring that invoices are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
• Maintain up‑to‑date administrative records for the logistics team, including documentation of shipments, receipts, and related paperwork.
• Enter and verify data associated with logistics transactions to support accurate reporting and internal tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address routine logistical queries and provide administrative assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline, providing a solid academic foundation for the role.
• Possess prior experience in logistics, which is considered an advantage for understanding the operational context.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational abilities required for handling billing and administrative tasks.
