Fleet Analyst

About the role

San Miguel Integrated Logistics Services, Inc. (San Miguel Logistics) is one of the Philippines’ leading logistics companies offering a full range of transportation and logistics services. The Fleet Analyst will monitor real‑time fleet movements and locations through GPS tracking systems to support 24/7 operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real-time fleet movements and locations through GPS tracking systems.
• Track routes, trip progress, delays, and unauthorized stops.
• Identify and report route deviations and unusual fleet movements.
• Issue alerts or tickets for operational exceptions and delays.
• Analyze fleet data and trends to identify recurring issues.
• Escalate critical incidents to the Command Center Supervisor in real time.
• Anticipate potential disruptions based on fleet movement trends.
• Prepare timely reports on fleet status, incidents, and exceptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in logistics operations, demonstrating practical knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Open to working in a flexible schedule or shifting hours to support 24/7 operations.
