About the role
The Buyer/Planner II supports the SIOP process for an assigned product class, managing inventory, supply levels and purchase orders to meet customer demand. Working closely with the BBR Supervisor and Category Manager, the role ensures data integrity and drives supply‑chain improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly shipment and inventory plans, monitor finished‑goods levels and maintain target inventory KPIs.
- Manage purchase orders, expediting, and supplier performance, including on‑time delivery, quantity and cost.
- Identify supply risks, perform inventory excess and obsolete scrubbing, and lead corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align material plans with sales and demand forecasts.
Required profile
- 4‑year degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering or manufacturing.
- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or supply planning.
- Strong analytical ability and team‑player mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
