Distribution Resource Planning Supervisor (Replenishment Planning)

About the role

The DRP Supervisor oversees inventory distribution planning across the supply network, ensuring goods flow efficiently from manufacturing to customers using forecasting and replenishment tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor the DRP schedule aligned with demand, production capacity, and inventory targets.
• Analyze demand forecasts, sales trends, and inventory levels to optimize replenishment and reduce stockouts or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to align planning and execution.
• Maintain DRP parameters in the ERP system, such as lead times, safety stock levels, and minimum order quantities.
• Generate regular reports on inventory performance, distribution plans, and key performance indicators.
• Support S&OP processes through collaborative planning and forecasting inputs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations by documenting DRP procedures and inventory movements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in distribution planning, supply chain, or logistics; supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for DRP parameter management.
• Experience using DRP scheduling and replenishment planning tools.
