Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join our fast‑growing team. The role will focus on commercial transactions, compliance, privacy, and dispute management while supporting senior leadership on a variety of legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements, including manufacturing and supply contracts.
• Provide guidance on U.S. consumer‑protection, advertising compliance, and privacy law.
• Manage outside counsel, oversee litigation strategy, and handle dispute resolution.
• Support product, technology, and marketing teams on regulatory and contractual issues.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, subscription, and DTC operations to ensure legal compliance across platforms and supply‑chain partners.
• Assist General Counsel with ad‑hoc projects and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Law degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience in‑house or at a major law firm.
• Demonstrated breadth across commercial, compliance, and litigation matters for U.S.‑based companies.
• Strong curiosity about AI law and policy, with hands‑on use of AI tools for legal work.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

Required skills

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of U.S. consumer‑protection, advertising, and privacy regulations.
• Proficiency in managing external litigation counsel.
• Practical use of AI tools for contract review, research, or workflow automation.
