Learning Experience Designer (Anonas)

About the role

TaskUs, a global provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience, is hiring a Learning Experience Designer (Anonas) in Quezon. The role provides thought leadership in applying instructional design strategies, with particular emphasis on scoping, analysis, design and evaluation. It covers courseware development, project management and training evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Learning design: conduct learning needs analysis and audience, context, content and performance analysis; define skills and competency levels, training objectives and evaluation strategy
• Courseware development: conceptualize the look and feel of digital lessons, create development briefs, and build guided tool simulations, interactive lessons, assessments, motion graphics videos and game-based courses using graphics, video and course authoring software
• Project management: collaborate with functional teams and SMEs, keep track of learning initiatives up to 90 days after implementation, and report results
• Support functions: deliver training for implementations, project management, client services, consultancy, product-specific training, operations management, quality and organizational development, and organize train-the-trainer and knowledge transfer sessions
• Evaluation: design assessments, collect data on performance and training effectiveness, run post-mortems and suggest improvements
• Drive online learning adoption and keep improving knowledge of instructional design, adult education and training evaluation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a closely related course, or equivalent experience
• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Distance Education or Educational Technology is a plus
• 3 to 5 years designing learner-centered training programs and learning needs analyses
• Experience as an L&D program manager is a plus

Required skills

• Technology literate, able to work with new software and courseware authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline
• Understanding of e-learning design principles and LMS platforms
• Adult learning, instructional design and evaluation principles
• Clear verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills
