Lead Logistics Customer Experience and Operations Senior Specialist

About the role

Maersk is looking for a senior specialist to ensure smooth shipment execution, act as a key customer contact, and support digital transformation initiatives. You will work in a fast‑paced, diverse environment, building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and drive process optimisation through automation, digital tools and data‑driven solutions.
• Ensure consistent service delivery aligned with customer expectations and internal standards.
• Build strong customer understanding to enable tailored service delivery and timely cargo delivery.
• Lead priority topics, onboard and train new team members, and support cross‑functional initiatives.
• Maintain SOPs and SLAs, document updates, and consistently meet KPIs.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end shipment execution with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in logistics, customer operations or finance operations.
• Hands‑on experience with automation, reporting or digital tools (Power BI, Excel automation, macros, RPA).
• Strong communication skills in English and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work onsite on a day‑shift schedule and collaborate in a matrix environment.
