Lead Associate – Process Training (Quezon City)

About the role

WNS is looking for a Lead Associate to manage process training for its travel GDS accounts in Quezon City. You will be responsible for onboarding new hires, developing training modules aligned with process changes, and maintaining high performance within the training team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new‑hire training for GDS, TNI and TNA modules based on process updates.
• Identify trainee strengths and improvement areas, and create concrete work plans.
• Control absenteeism and attrition while motivating the training team.
• Prepare daily training summaries covering headcount, progress, performance management and attrition.
• Monitor class activities, spot problem areas and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely production of training materials, preparation of supplies and reservation of training rooms in coordination with the Training Assistant.
• Guide and assist less experienced staff in their training duties.
• Manage trainee discipline and grievances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of college education completed.
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling process training for GDS travel accounts.
• Experience using any GDS tool such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
• Additional experience with corporate travel accounts is a plus.
