About the role

Opaa! Food Management is seeking reliable Kitchen Staff to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, support serving lines, and assist with occasional catering events. The role involves performing all positions within the kitchen while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock serving lines daily, ensuring food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plans and Opaa! recipes, including baking bread, cakes, and cookies.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, including kitchen, cafeteria, and dishwashing stations.
• Manage inventory using FIFO procedures and keep cooler/storage racks clean.
• Record production data, temperature logs, and comply with HACCP, HHFKA, and CACFP regulations.
• Participate in safety programs, meetings, and required training.

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and menu plans accurately.
