Key Account Sales Manager

About the role

Kimstore is seeking a full‑time Key Account Sales Manager to lead and expand relationships with its most strategic customers. Based in Quezon City, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new sales opportunities within existing key accounts.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Monitor account performance and analyse sales data to inform strategy.
• Develop and execute account plans that exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer support to guarantee timely delivery and resolve issues.
• Conduct market and competitor monitoring to recommend new initiatives and product bundles.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients.
• Report on account activity and forecast future sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and key‑account management with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Solid background in account planning, forecasting and long‑term partnership management.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in consumer electronics, e‑commerce or retail is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with proficiency in basic CRM and office productivity tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Quezon City, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
