Account Manager – US/EMEA Client Portfolio

About the role

The Account Manager will independently manage a portfolio of mid‑to‑large US and EMEA client accounts, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of US/EMEA Client Services & Operations, the role works cross‑functionally to execute sales initiatives, oversee project delivery, and support brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring high service quality and proactive communication.
• Identify and propose upsell and expansion opportunities, supporting bid preparation and pricing discussions.
• Coordinate project scope, timelines, and requirements with the Client Services & Operations team to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Provide market insights and strategic recommendations based on client performance.
• Represent dataSpring at industry events, contributing to case studies, podcasts, and social media content.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of account management or sales experience in market research (panel selling a plus).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using sales‑management or CRM software and creating sales decks/presentations.
