Junior Underwriter – Loan Processing (Onsite, Weekends Off)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Underwriter to join our loan processing team in Mandaluyong City. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of credit applications by accurately reviewing documents and supporting underwriting decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Process incoming loan applications and enter data into the system.
• Verify the completeness and authenticity of borrower documentation.
• Assist senior underwriters in evaluating credit risk and preparing recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Communicate with applicants and internal stakeholders to resolve any information gaps.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in banking, finance or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to learn and develop underwriting expertise.
