About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team on a remote basis from the Philippines. The role focuses on high‑volume hiring for BPO operations, requiring quick turnaround and strong sourcing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Manage bulk hiring campaigns for BPO projects, ensuring targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment dashboards.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide timely updates.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1.5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in BPO or bulk hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hiring environment.
  • Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing techniques.
