Senior Recruiter (Bulk/BPO Hiring)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with deep expertise in bulk and BPO hiring to strengthen our talent acquisition team. The role focuses on managing high‑volume recruitment projects and collaborating closely with delivery clients and internal stakeholders. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple open positions.
• Manage bulk/BPO hiring requirements efficiently and meet hiring targets.
• Coordinate with delivery clients and stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle.
• Source, screen, schedule interviews, and manage offer coordination.
• Utilize various hiring portals and recruitment tools effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bulk or BPO environments.
• Ability to start immediately or with a short notice period.
• Proven track record of handling multiple positions simultaneously in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills
