Junior Key Account Manager

About the role

Dynamix, an e‑commerce enabler in Quezon City, is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to own and grow brand partner stores on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. You will work onsite, collaborating with internal teams and platform account managers to drive sales and optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations for assigned brand accounts across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.
• Plan and execute campaign calendars, including vouchers, flash deals, bundles and payday sales.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion and stock levels; flag risks and opportunities early.
• Coordinate with platform account managers to secure campaign slots and support.
• Work with live‑selling, content and fulfillment teams to keep launches on schedule.
• Prepare weekly and monthly client reports with actionable recommendations.
• Participate in client calls and business reviews alongside senior KAMs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience as a KAM, account executive or store operations associate, preferably in e‑commerce, distribution or agency.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one of Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center or TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets (pivot tables, basic formulas, margin or P&L analysis).
• Strong written communication skills for client email and chat interactions.
• Organised under pressure, especially during high‑volume campaigns.
• Willingness to work onsite in New Manila, Quezon City.
