Junior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Architect to act as a frontline, client‑facing representative who translates client requirements into buildable designs, supports costing, and helps close project deals while overseeing site execution. The role blends design creation, client coordination, cost interpretation, and on‑site supervision in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand requirements, clarify scope, budget expectations, and present clear design concepts.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and details that are modern, practical, and ready for construction.
• Interpret design scope for the QS/costing team to ensure accurate pricing and support value‑engineering discussions.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, structural, electrical and plumbing engineers, and site supervisors.
• Respond to site queries, RFIs, and provide drawing clarifications throughout construction.
• Attend site and coordination meetings, conduct regular site visits, and perform quality checks and punch‑listing to verify compliance with design intent.
• Assist in moving proposals toward closure by aligning client expectations, design intent, and cost constraints.

Required profile

• Junior‑level architect with strong communication and client‑management abilities.
• Capable of translating client needs into executable designs and supporting cost estimation.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working on both design and construction sites.
