Civil & Structural Graduate Engineer

About the role

Egis is looking for a motivated Civil & Structural Graduate Engineer to join its Aviation team in Manila. This position is ideal for recent graduates who want to develop technical and project delivery skills on airport and aviation infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop CAD and Civil 3D drawings for airport and aviation infrastructure projects.
• Assist in reviewing and coordinating civil and structural engineering drawings and technical deliverables.
• Support the delivery of airport civil and structural design packages under senior engineer guidance.
• Coordinate with specialist consultants and multidisciplinary teams on project requirements.
• Assist in project management activities such as planning, reporting, and document control.
• Participate in design reviews, technical meetings, and site visits as required.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, client requirements, and engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering; licensed civil engineer is an advantage.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest and aptitude for airport and aviation infrastructure projects.
• Internship or project exposure to infrastructure, transportation, or aviation projects is beneficial.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
