IT Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software and network environments. The role involves ensuring the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure while assisting end‑users with clear, effective guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for internal users.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals and network equipment.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and conduct routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Document internal procedures, technical workflows and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide clear technical guidance and support to end‑users, both onsite and during occasional field visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 13 years of hands‑on experience in IT support.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non‑technical users.
