Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end software systems across backend and frontend layers. The role combines development with quality engineering, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performance code while collaborating with product, platform, and infrastructure teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, secure code for backend APIs (Java/Spring Boot, Node/Express) and frontend interfaces (React, Flutter, Android/iOS).
• Design and integrate automated unit, integration, and API tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as JUnit, Jest, Mocha, Postman, and JMeter.
• Model database schemas, optimise queries, and manage integrations with PostgreSQL, MongoDB and caching solutions.
• Shift dynamically between building new features, optimizing databases, and troubleshooting complex integration issues while maintaining observability with Dynatrace and Splunk.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience spanning both frontend and backend development.
• Proven experience delivering software across the full delivery lifecycle, from development to deployment and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
