About the role
This freelance position provides technical support for hardware, software and mobile devices at the SM Baguio location. The role focuses on troubleshooting, imaging and managing virtual environments for end‑users.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line support for hardware and software issues reported by users.
- Create, configure and maintain virtual machine instances.
- Perform imaging of workstations and laptops to ensure standardized deployments.
- Assist users of iOS and Android devices, resolving connectivity and application problems.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the support ticketing system.
Required profile
- Minimum of one year of hands‑on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Fresh graduates are welcome provided they are eager to learn.
- Willingness to undergo on‑the‑job training.
