About the role
We are looking for a freelance IT Technical Support professional to join our team in Baguio. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting end‑users, and ensuring smooth operation of virtual environments.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for clients.
- Manage and maintain virtual machines and imaging processes.
- Provide support for iOS and Android devices.
- Document incidents and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to improve support procedures.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; willingness to be trained is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
