About the role

We are seeking a Tier 1 Healthcare Service Desk Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for employees who need technical support. The role is based in Metro Manila, Philippines and is performed remotely on a full‑time basis. Successful candidates will handle incoming support requests and will be compensated with a monthly salary ranging from ₱40,000 to ₱55,000.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee technical support requests.
  • Receive, log, and track support incidents in the ticketing system.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and provide resolution when possible.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher‑level support teams.
  • Document actions taken and outcomes for each support case.

Required profile

  • Ability to work remotely full‑time.
  • Based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of support requests.

Required skills

  • Basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ticketing or help‑desk tools.
