About the role
We are looking for an organized and proactive individual to provide IT, administrative and fixed‑asset support for our Clark office. The role combines first‑line technical assistance, office administration and asset custodianship to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑level hardware, software and network support to Clark‑based staff.
- Coordinate with the main office IT team for escalations, system updates and higher‑level troubleshooting.
- Install, configure and perform basic maintenance on computers, printers and network devices.
- Set up email and system accounts for new hires as directed.
- Monitor and report IT equipment usage, incidents and downtime.
- Handle day‑to‑day office administration: supplies, courier services, maintenance requests and meeting logistics.
- Maintain an organized filing system for local records and correspondence.
- Act as on‑site custodian of all fixed assets, keep inventory records up‑to‑date and conduct regular physical counts.
- Ensure proper tagging, safekeeping and maintenance of assets and report damages or disposals.
Required profile
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Proactive with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and functions.
- Ability to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
