International Sales Director

About the role

PROMAX, a member of the Filinvest Group, is seeking an International Sales Director to lead global expansion of Filinvest Land Inc.'s real‑estate portfolio. The role focuses on connecting overseas Filipinos and investors with premium property opportunities through strong market presence and high‑performing sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead international sales across priority regions (Middle East, North America, Asia‑Pacific) and achieve revenue targets.
• Own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closing.
• Identify and unlock high‑potential markets and strengthen Filinvest’s footprint through strategic deployments and community engagement.
• Build and activate a network of International Marketing Partners (IMPs), driving partner productivity with programs and incentives.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high‑performing international sales team, providing coaching and accountability.
• Collaborate with In‑Market Country Directors to co‑create market strategies and align sales initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processing, compliance, and premium client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• 10+ years of international real‑estate sales experience.
• Proven leadership at Director level or equivalent.
• Track record of delivering ₱750M+ annual sales (individual or team).
• Strong global network of International Marketing Partners.
• Experience with Philippine developers is a strong advantage.
