Business Development Director, Commercial Risk

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Director (Commercial Risk) to lead the growth of Aon’s Commercial Risk solutions in the Philippines. The role will be responsible for executing the country‑level growth plan, managing client portfolios and driving new business across targeted industries.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the in‑country Commercial Risk Solutions growth plan and business development activities.
• Optimize daily sales functions, production, and monitor metrics and management reports.
• Lead and manage the agreed growth plan and budget for the allocated client portfolio.
• Identify profitable growth opportunities through new sales development and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Support marketing campaigns and organise events with preferred organisations.
• Collaborate with regional and global leaders to expand Aon’s footprint across targeted industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior client decision‑makers and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and best practices for business development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Business Development, Commercial Risk or relevant consulting.
• Excellent client management, communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and high ethical standards.
