Intermediate Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an intermediate‑level Recruiter to join MicroSourcing’s talent acquisition team on a remote basis. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews for residential and commercial roofing sales representatives, while supporting broader hiring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to define hiring goals, candidate profiles and performance expectations.
• Draft and post job ads on platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media and outbound outreach.
• Review resumes, conduct initial qualification screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and support offer letter preparation and onboarding.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, recommend process improvements and ensure clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with sales or performance‑driven roles.
• Strong organizational skills, results‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours (PST) and fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search proficiency.
• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace competence.
