Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist supports the HR department in delivering core HR programs, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, discipline, and time‑keeping. The role ensures that employees are properly onboarded, developed, and managed in line with company policies and local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes: source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews and facilitate onboarding.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives, maintain training records and support learning activities.
• Monitor performance management cycles, track KPIs/KRAs and handle performance‑related documentation.
• Assist with employee engagement programs and address employee relations issues.
• Support employee discipline procedures, document cases and monitor policy compliance.
• Oversee attendance, leave, overtime and maintain accurate time‑keeping records.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee files, prepare HR reports and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
• Knowledge of time‑keeping and attendance systems.
