Agency Recruitment Officer - Visayas

About the role

Prudential is hiring an Agency Recruitment Officer for its Visayas region. The role generates significant new recruit volume by running recruitment interventions and initiatives, and makes sure the sector's monthly recruitment targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Drive, manage and influence consistent recruitment activity across the agency leaders in the assigned sector
• Hold monthly briefings and sessions with agency leaders, aspiring leaders and branch recruitment officers to hit sector targets, sharing updates and best practice
• Plan and run alternative recruitment sourcing initiatives to boost recruitment volume
• Support the Recruitment Events team in preparing Build Your Business events and similar platforms, ensuring resource speakers are credible and impactful and identifying expansion opportunities
• Make sure Build Your Business and other recruitment platforms are used effectively by the sector
• Ensure all examination slots are fully utilized and drive high conversion of Build Your Business guests to coding through focused pipeline tracking

Required profile

• Graduate of any business course
• At least three years of experience in marketing and sales; exposure to agency-related work is preferred
• Understands agency recruitment concepts
• Computer literate, familiar with internet, email and Telegram
• Strong presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal skills, able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure
