About the role

As a Human Resources Manager you will shape inspiring career experiences for employees while designing strategic people programs that attract top talent. Based in SM City Laoag, you will ensure productivity, compliance with corporate policies and adherence to Philippine labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Oversee all HR functions including compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with government labor regulations and internal corporate guidelines.

• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience covering the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
