People Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic People Development Manager to lead the training and development of our real‑estate sales agents. In this role you will design, deliver and continuously improve learning programs that boost sales performance and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training and development programs for real‑estate sales agents.
• Facilitate onboarding, product knowledge, sales skills, and company orientation programs.
• Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance development sessions.
• Monitor sales agent performance and recommend development plans to improve productivity.
• Partner with Sales Division Heads to identify training needs and strengthen team capabilities.
• Design learning initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Organize workshops, role‑playing activities, and continuous learning sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives for the sales organization.
• Maintain training records, performance reports, and development documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and sales standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or Sales Training.
• Experience developing or handling sales teams, preferably in the real‑estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of sales coaching, performance management, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.
• Leadership, planning, and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning or training management tools.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field coaching when necessary.
