Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with client organizations to design, implement and monitor HR programs that align with strategic business objectives. This role blends analytical insight with stakeholder collaboration to drive performance, talent development and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation of annual goals and action plans that reflect organizational strategies.
• Recommend and implement changes to operating policies, procedures and resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets, resource requirements and performance indicators.
• Develop and monitor individual performance plans, career development programs and succession initiatives.
• Design and execute HR plans, including talent management, recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
• Conduct workforce demand and supply analysis, forecasting and gap analysis to inform strategic planning.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders and promote a harmonious work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 4‑7 years of experience in HR or a related discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and coach.
• Strong organizational and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Broad knowledge of HR functions such as OD, L&D, employee relations, talent management, recruitment, and compensation & benefits.
• Proven ability to support strategic HR planning, workforce planning and sourcing.
