HR Supervisor

About the role

TaskUs is looking for an HR Supervisor to lead employee engagement, labor relations, and case management within its People Operations department. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and help shape a People‑First culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage employee engagement programs and labor‑relations initiatives.
• Oversee case management, performance management, and special HR projects.
• Design, propose, and implement activities that boost employee morale and retention.
• Provide expert advice on people‑related issues to managers and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with labor standards and statutory benefits.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of supervisory experience in the outsourcing or BPO industry.
• Strong background in employee engagement and labor relations.
• General knowledge of labor standards, statutory benefits, and social compliance audits.
• Proactive, organized, results‑oriented with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Excellent networking and communication skills across functions.
