Key responsibilities
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for all job levels.
- Utilize employment agencies when appropriate.
- Place employment advertisements in digital and print media.
- Maintain accurate and concise recruitment records.
- Report concerns at any phase of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all company policies and standards.
Required profile
- College or university degree required, or equivalent work experience.
- Performs routine assignments and follows standardized procedures.
- Develops skills through structured work and receives guidance.
- Applies general business knowledge and conceptual understanding of theories and practices.
