About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Quality Assurance Senior Manager to lead and enhance the quality audit function within our People & Culture (P&C) operations. The role will be based in Makati City and follows a hybrid work arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute risk‑based quality audits across P&C processes, including payroll and data changes.
- Ensure full traceability of audit activities, maintain comprehensive documentation, and oversee audit reporting.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify audit findings and drive corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to HR operations.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in HR quality assurance or audit functions.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and data change management.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate audit results effectively.
