HR Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, people‑focused HR Officer to support our employees throughout their journey with Travel + Leisure Co. You will help deliver a positive employee experience by managing key HR processes, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring accurate records and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, facilitate new hire orientation, and maintain employment contracts and HR records.
• Administer employee benefits, manage enrollment, updates, separations, and serve as the main point of contact for benefits providers.
• Maintain accurate employee data, generate HR reports, and support compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, support investigations, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement, recognition, wellness initiatives, and company events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government‑mandated benefits, and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HR information systems.
