HR Manager – Onsite in Clark

About the role

Sutherland is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy and operations at its Clark, Pampanga site. The role focuses on employee engagement, talent retention, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR projects that address business needs, including talent retention and employee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement training, career development, and reward programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Analyze HR data, generate reports to support business KPIs, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Partner with operations leaders on people‑related actions, handle complex employee cases, and manage day‑to‑day HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of solid HR experience in a BPO or fast‑paced operations environment.
• Hands‑on experience with employee relations, performance management support, policy administration, and engagement programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution skills; discreet handling of sensitive issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR tools or HRIS platforms.
