Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Ventra Health you will partner with hiring managers and the TA team to drive full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the enterprise, from individual contributors to senior professionals. You will manage high‑volume requisitions, build talent pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and the TA team to define hiring strategies and talent needs.
• Source candidates through online channels, networks and job boards, and manage a high volume of positions.
• Conduct behavioral phone screens, coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback and guide candidates through offers, salary negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system, track metrics and ensure proper close‑out of searches.
• Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs and collaborate on staffing plans and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 2‑4 years of high‑volume full‑cycle recruiting experience; senior‑level experience preferred for executive roles.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare, revenue cycle management or global locations (US, Philippines, India) is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information and communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cloud‑based applicant tracking systems and job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Naukri.
• Strong knowledge of full‑cycle recruiting processes including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing and offer management.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (including pivot tables) and database software.
