About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Officer/HR Generalist to join our team. The role involves managing the full spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment to employee relations, ensuring smooth HR operations and a positive workplace environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Support employee relations initiatives and help resolve workplace conflicts.
- Manage HRIS to maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and address related inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in HRIS.
- Experience with talent management software.
