HR Officer – Employee Relations & Benefits

About the role

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced, people‑focused HR Officer to support employees throughout their journey with the company. You will play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience by managing onboarding, benefits, HR data, employee relations and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities, conduct new‑hire orientations and maintain accurate employment contracts and HR records.
• Administer employee benefits, manage enrollments, updates, separations and act as the primary contact for benefits providers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee data, generate HR reports and ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, support investigations, and guide on policies, attendance and disciplinary procedures.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement, recognition, wellness programs and company events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government‑mandated programs.
